custom cutback shader

im looking for someone to build be a cutback shader for around 150-200$us seems like a big stretch for a custom but just trying to get lucky.
specs i want in it. frame up to you as long as it weighs between 5-6 oz material and style is up to you.8w 1"coils with a 33 cap, and the sprig set up is up to you as long as its a cutback. a light weight amature bar. and a flat edge penny for the back spring.
let me know if you can cram all that in a a budget build. and go crazy with the frame design.

look up frank fencepost, he makes some pretty rad machines, for cheap. I have a cutback liner shader combo.That is as good as my dringenberg>
