ok now ive seen alot of diffrent chioces out there when it comes to tattoo frames and the materials there made from . no ive seen everything from brass to blued falmed steel to stainless...now my question is this is it possible and do you think it will hold up to it but make a frame and i mean the whole thing with some metal accent s to conduct the current but for the most pasrt 90% of the frame to be made of out carbon fiber...extreem lly light weight and durable...so if so i have a guy who can make a trial run of one and seeif it will hld up but i wanted you guys input on it since yall have been building them ...
now dont get me wrong i love the way a steel machines feels and the weight you cant go wrong but i think it would be just a wild idea to do and if its possible then wh not..ya talk about a one of a kind..lol

For starters I'll say- Vibration - This is the biggest concern. I've seen the poly machines and that is their biggest drawbac

I would think that you need a little weight to help counterbalance the machine, and to absorb excess vibrations

you would need to add a bit of weight......but the carbon fiber would be fine with a yoke under the coils to make a magnetic field........the current isnt supplied by the frame so that doesnt matter.......good luck
